Delete Your Account

You can permanently delete your Merlino account at any time directly from the app. This page explains what happens when you delete your account and how to do it.

How to delete your account

1. Open the Merlino app on your device.

2. Tap the Profile tab at the bottom of the screen.

3. Scroll down and tap Delete Account.

4. Read the confirmation message and tap Delete to confirm.

What is retained

Historical booking records are retained as required for financial and regulatory purposes, but are anonymised — your name and identity details are replaced with "Deleted User" and removed from the record. No personally identifiable information is kept after deletion.

This action is permanent

Account deletion cannot be undone. Once deleted, your account and data cannot be recovered. If you would like to use Merlino again in the future, you will need to create a new account.
